In-home provider MedArrive can now connect members of its payer customers, particularly Medicaid plans, to Heartbeat Health for virtual cardiovascular services, the companies announced Tuesday.
MedArrive's new $8 million funding was led by Cobalt Ventures, a subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. With the funding, the company will grow its team, as well as improve on its product and technology, said Dan Trigub, CEO and co-founder of MedArrive.

Through a new partnership, MedArrive can now connect its Medicaid patients to Ouma’s maternal care services. When MedArrive’s providers visit patients’ homes, they screen for patients’ needs and will connect them to Ouma if they determine the patients require maternal health support.
Through the partnership, Superior's adult Medicaid population will have access to MedArrive's home care services. If a MedArrive provider notices that a patient could benefit from behavioral health services, that person can be referred to Brave Health.
